Born on October 27, 1956, in Leonardtown, Maryland, she was the beloved daughter of the late Thelma and Howard Miles. Donna was a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose profound caring and kindness touched everyone she met.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories her son, William Biscoe; her daughter, Shannon Berry (Kevin); and her bonus daughter, Mary Herbert.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Damauquea, Danee, Dalayasia, Dashaun, Dreyonna, and Kurtisha; her great-grandchildren, Kendall and Skylynn; and her bonus grandson, Brian Hicks.
Donna will be deeply missed by her special friend, John Tyer; her godson, John Miles Jr.; her goddaughter, Tanzinayia Wilson; her sister, Barbara Gough; her brothers, Francis Miles (Sarah) and Joseph Miles Sr. (Laurie); her sisters-in-law, Agnes Young and Mary Miles; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and relatives.
