Patrick Henry Bush

Patrick Henry Bush died unexpectedly and untimely on October 1, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born in Leonardtown, Maryland.

Patrick received his education through the St. Mary’s County Public Schools System and graduated from Chaptico High School. He went on to become an entrepreneur and owned his own business, doing what he loved most as an auto mechanic. His work reflected both his independence and his dedication to a trade he genuinely enjoyed.

Outside of work, Patrick embraced life with energy and warmth. He loved to work out and lift weights in his free time, and he was known as someone who enjoyed good times where the drinks flowed and laughter was present. More than anything, he prided himself on being a family man. He treasured time spent with family and friends, and he especially loved his grandchildren. He was the kind of grandfather who stepped in to help, whether it meant getting them on or off the bus for school or simply spoiling them with treats. He also cherished his bonus mom, Agnes Bush, and valued the lasting friendship of his sandbox buddies, Jim and DC, who became his lifetime closest friends.

Patrick’s memory will be carried forward by those who knew his love and presence best. He is survived by his children, Tevon Herbert, Triesha Bush, and Patrique Bush, who were a central part of his life and pride. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Taiyvon, Junior, Stormi, Taleyiah, Javvarri, and Keilana, each of whom brought him great joy.

He is also survived by his siblings Pam, Bridget, Nicole, Eric Bush, and Wendy Bush, along with extended family and friends who shared in his life and laughter. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cathrine Bush Holton.

Patrick Henry Bush will be remembered for his love of family, his devotion to his grandchildren, his hard work, and the joy he found in friendship and fellowship. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
